Emma Pierce is a dedicated nursing professional with over 35 years of experience in the
healthcare field. In 2004, she earned her Master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University,
solidifying her expertise and passion for service. Emma is the founder of ”Nurses Attending to
Others” (NATO’s), an organization she has faithfully led for 19 years, focused on empowering
and supporting nurses in their roles of care and compassion.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Emma serves as a board member of ESUME,
contributing her leadership and wisdom to the organization's mission. Currently, she is
pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies at Foster College, reflecting her commitment to integrating
faith and service in all aspects of her life.
Emma is the devoted wife of Harold Pierce Sr., proud mother of two children, Chantil and
Harold Jr., and doting grandmother to Emya, Kamaria, Harold III, Adyson, and Maxwell. In her
spare time, Emma enjoys sharing a good meal with family, watching movies, and indulging in
retail therapy. Her life is a testament to her faith, dedication, and love for her family and
community.
