Bertrand Milliner is a distinguished professional in the legal services industry, known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to supporting legal practitioners. As the founder and CEO of On-Call Litigation Services, Bertrand has established a unique extension for attorneys, specifically designed to assist sole practitioners. His innovative approach provides essential support to legal professionals, enabling them to manage their caseloads more efficiently and focus on delivering quality services to their clients.

In addition to his role as CEO, Bertrand is a retired paralegal with extensive experience in the legal field. His background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by sole practitioners, allowing him to tailor On-Call Litigation Services to meet their specific needs.

 

Bertrand Milliner is also actively involved in community initiatives, particularly through his membership with Brothers Supporting Black Businesses (BSBB). This organization is dedicated to uplifting and empowering Black-owned businesses, fostering economic growth and development within the community.

Recently, Bertrand was honored with a nomination to serve as the scholarship coordinator for BSBB. In this role, he is committed to supporting the educational aspirations of young entrepreneurs and business leaders, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to succeed.
